So, I'm looking at the other reviewers photos, and either something changed in the manufacturing of this table recently, or their photos are just done with a filter or deceiving lighting. The pros: great size, substantial (solid) weight, love the neutral clean lines/design of this table. The con: the incredibly odd/unnatural finish of the table top. My review photo shows you the table top before I put the legs on - as you can see, this is NOT the way the finish is represented in the photos. My neighbor said I like the stripes - but for me I'd have rather had just wood - no weird gray striping. The striping is not visible in the legs (thankfully). I'm keeping this (there is no easy return with something of this size/weight) but wished someone else had reviewed with a photo such as this, so that's my contribution for the next person considering this table..
